Hi, I am Melisa Sloan

I help families through one of their most challenging times in their lives, the loss of a loved one.

As a lawyer who has worked in the area of Probate and Deceased Estates for in excess of fifteen years I am passionate about helping clients through this difficult time of grief and understand how overwhelming it is dealing with the loss of a loved one, the unknown and the Probate process.

I am the owner of Madison Sloan Lawyers, a firm I established so that I could help clients in the best manner possible. It was my aim to educate and inform clients so that they are empowered to make informed decisions relevant to their circumstances.

Sensing the need for wider education and information on the Probate process, I branched out as the Melbourne Probate Lawyer with the aim to provide guidance to executors and those who have recently lost a loved one and to provide comfort and an invaluable resource in their time of need.

I understand the challenges executors and loved ones are confronted with in Probate and estate matters, including dealing with aggrieved family members and I work closely with you to overcome these challenges.

My goal is to make the process as easy and stress free as possible in the circumstance.
