The loss of a

loved one

Grant of Probate

For many, losing a loved one and undertaking the process of dealing with what happens to their assets is a unique process. A Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration may need to be obtained and with that comes the associated legal jargon and words such as “Probate” and “Deceased Estates” and such language can be overwhelming for people.

We help people bridge the gap with the unknown and explain clearly what these words mean and what the legal process is. We advise you how to deal with your loved one’s Will or if there is no Will we explain the process that may be followed in order to distribute any assets left by the deceased.
